We get up to Draper once or twice a week, usually on the route to other north-end work. Suncrest is the top-of-bench neighborhood with the most exposed wind and the most exterior cover replacements we do anywhere outside of Saratoga. Suncrest gets hammered by Point of the Mountain wind. Standard plastic exterior vent covers in Suncrest are usually cracked or flapping by year five or six. Older Draper south of 12300 is mostly first-time-clean work. Homes are thirty to forty years old with original vent setups that have never been opened up. Short side-wall runs through older exterior walls, original aluminum transition hose behind the dryer that's due for replacement. The before-after on these is dramatic.
