Greenfield
Established Eagle Mountain neighborhood. Mid-to-large two-story builds, longer runs, regular work.
Greenfield is one of the original Eagle Mountain neighborhoods, with most construction from the mid-2000s through the late 2010s. The homes are mid-to-large two-story builds on standard lots, mostly from a few regional builders. The neighborhood feels like the equivalent of Saratoga's older developments.
Standard Greenfield run: eighteen to twenty-five feet through interior walls to a roof exit. Builder-installed semi-rigid hose, builder-installed plastic vent cover. By year ten or twelve, the far-end lint accumulation is measurable and the airflow drop is real. Eagle Mountain wind exposure means more exterior cover replacements out here than in sheltered Saratoga neighborhoods.
